This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover the data of mobility participants: they and their schools receive a separate notice.

The required form fields are those we need to reply to you; without them we cannot answer. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share data with
Only with providers that process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Website server hosting: Alekcei Bernabéu, a self-employed provider based in Spain.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection and content delivery network). Cloudflare also uses the technical signals, as a controller, to improve its bot detection. See its Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Readymob, the system that receives and manages form messages.
- Our email provider (Webempresa, Spain).
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us at info@livexperience.eu; we will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28) or to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.
